Seems I'm on a bit of a recipe kick here...
1 c pecans, chopped
2 c rolled oats
1/2 c wheat germ
1/4 c pumpkin seeds
1/4 c sunflower seeds
1-2 T flaxseed meal
raisins/dried fruit to your liking
I toast the pecans and oats in the oven at 275 until I smell them. combine all other ingedients. Serve over yogurt or with milk. A touch of cinnamon is always nice if so desired. Store dried mix in a closed container in the refrigerator for about a week.
