Sun: fish/french fries/peas
Mon: Cabbage Soup/fresh bread & dessert! - baked pumpkin w/ brown sugar and cinnamon. Topped with vanilla ice cream
Tues: Stuffed squash w/ rice, carrots, onions, celery. & more dessert! baked apples w/ raisins
Wed: Split Pea Soup/bread
Fri: Enchilada Casserole - This one is completely new to me.
Sat: Pizza for lunch/Hotdogs from the grill for dinner (My mom's birthday celebration)
Sun: Broccoli Pot Pie
