Menu Planning Week of 4/19

Here's the upcoming week's menu:

Sunday: Penne Pasta w/ Tomatoes onions and olives, garlic bread, salad

Monday: Crab salad sandwiches, veggie plate

Tuesday: Grilled Pork Chops, Cauliflower, Broccoli & Bacon salad

Wednesday: Beef Kabobs, rice, veggies

Thursday: Chicken Tortilla Soup, veggie plate

Friday: Grilled Chicken Salads, Fruit Salad w/ creamy Mint Dressing

Saturday: Hungarian-style Pork chops w/ baby spinach and buttered noodles

This last one is our new family "fancy" restaurant night. We will use the nice cloth napkins, set the table with full service and candle light. Why you ask? Because while my children have manners, they don't always exercise them. It's a fun way to keep them in practice :)

Snacks for the week: Sweet & Spicy Mix (popcorn, chex cereal, nuts); Broccoli Poppers

Why sure ya can :) It's not fancy and all measurements are approximate -
12 oz crab meat canned
1/4 c onion diced
1 celery rib diced
3 T mayo
1 t dijon mustard
1 T lime juice
ceyanne pepper to taste
