Menu Plan for week of 5/10

Yummy week ahead... but very little fish/seafood. Hubby has made only one request, please not so much. I make a big dinner so we have leftovers for lunches. I guess 6 or so meals of fish/seafood just was more than he could take last week :)

Sun: BBQ chicken, coleslaw, biscuits

Mon: Shrimp Cesear salad, garlic bread (oops ;)

Tues: Pasta w/ tomato sauce, salad

Wed: Grilled Pizza, veggie plate

Thurs: Stuffed peppers (beans & rice), grilled pork chops

Fri: Dagwood sandwiches, veggie plate, chips

Sat: Grilled veggie burgers, devilled eggs, grilled veggies

Lunches: sandwiches, Mexican Bean Dip, Black Bean soup, veggie soup

Baking Bliss: chocolate chip cupcakes
