Menu plan for week of 5/16

Sun: hotdogs/brats, sauteed onions & peppers, Lower Alabama Caviar, veggie plate, chips, dip, cupcakes for dessert

Mon: tuna cakes/ veggie fried rice

Tues: macaroni & cheese (supposed to be a lower fat recipe - we'll see!), broccoli

Wed: Crockpot Chicken/ roasted red potates/ green beans

Thurs: Pasta salad/ veggies dip/ bread

Fri: Sub sandwiches/ french fries/ salad

Sat: Pita pizzas/ salad

extras: chocolate chip cookies for after school snacks to celebrate the end of the year, maple & pear baked oatmeal, blueberry muffin bread
