So out of desperation for dessert we came up with this Apple Pie in a Mug.
Crumble a sheet of graham cracker into a mug. Top with 1/2 c of fried apples (from a can - heated in the microwave). Next add a scoop of vanilla ice cream (or fat free yogurt). Drizzle with fat free caramel sundae topping. Finish off with a dallop of whipped cream.
Kids loved it more than apple pie, probably because they ate it out of a coffee mug. I loved it because it didn't heat up my kitchen!
