I'm a bit late.. such is life :o)
Tonight - Peasant soup & homemade bread. Peasant soup - whatever is in the fridge + whatever stock is in the freezer + barley = yum
Tuesday - meatball subs, snap peas, potato salad
Wednesday - Little Man's birthday meal - his choice breakfast :o) Probably something sugar laden and unhealthy. Maybe chocolate chip pancakes (if I use wheat flour does that make it less "gross"), bacon & fruit. Don't forget lots of whipped cream for the pancakes!!
Thursday - Chicken sandwiches (or whatever those Morningstar Farms fake chicken patties are called), steamed veggies & potato chips
Friday - out because we are going to see the Trans-Siberian Orchestra in Atlanta!! CANNOT WAIT!!
Saturday - Roast Chicken, sweet potatoes, corn
