Another meal plan mostly from the freezer:
Sunday: Smoked Sausage, red potatoes & onion skillet
Monday: Baked Macaroni & Cheese, Broccoli (Key to staying within points on this one is to make sure the broccoli fills AT LEAST 1/2 of the plate... mac & cheese, not so much)
Tuesday: Freezer meal: Tuna Casserole
Wednesday: Homemade pizza, salad
Thursday: Chicken Fingers, French Fries & California mix
Friday: Omaha Steaks, Twice baked potates, veggies & molten lava cakes - hubby's birthday gift from my folks. Mmmm...
Saturday: Beef & Broccoli Stir-Fry with brown rice
Sunday: Bean Soup, Homemade bread - though I must find a more point friendly recipe. My current recipe is insane in it's point value!!!
Monday: Breakfast for dinner - some combo of eggs, hashbrowns and veggies.
