Yep, we started on Saturday... we're wonky..
Sat: House special - stolen from our favorite Mexican restaurant and made healthier. Steak fajita fixin's on brown rice w/ cheese, salsa & sour cream
Sun: Chicken tortilla soup from the crock pot
Mon: Steaks, twice baked potatoes, green beans
Tues: homemade pizza
Wed: Burgers, french fries & veggies
Thurs: I'm at work so the family is having sandwiches, chips and veggies.. easy for hubby :o)
Fri: shrimp tacos, Texas caviar
Sat: Chili & cornbread
Treat of the week Snickerdoodles from yellow cake mix. Easy!!!
