Peachy Pecan Chicken

Out of despiration we have a new recipe:
Blend 2 - 3 cups pecans until finely chopped and set aside. Melt 2 - 3 T peach preserves and stir into 3/4 c milk. Dip 1 pound of chicken breasts cut into strips in milk then pecans. Bake at 375 until cooked through. Very yummy. In fact, my kids refuse to eat homemade chicken nuggets (total embarassment for me) BUT they loved these. I think the different was the nutty flavor. Anyway. Hope your little people or big people enjoy them too!
